(Business subscription and higher)
Here you can edit the templates for the emails you send with guestoo and customize them according to your preferences (Business subscription and above).

Important notes on editing the email templates
Edit email templates
This is how you can change the email templates according to your wishes
- Go to the menu item "Agency" and switch to the tab "Email templates"
- In the dropdown menu, choose the template that you want to change
- Click on "Edit"
- Then select the variant for the default code. This will now be displayed in the lower input field so that you can use it as a reference.
- Tip: We recommend copying the "default code" and pasting it into the "Your code" field first, so you don't have to create the email from zero. You can then make all the necessary changes.
- You can add personalizations using the placeholders displayed on the left-hand side
Tip: A list of all available placeholders can be found on this page. - After making all the changes, click on "Save"
- You can test the email template by signing up as a guest for one of your events and going through the registration process!
