Excel export (outdated)
The export generates an Excel file containing all guests for this event, including their invitation codes and invitation links.
As this is an outdated version of our Excel export, we recommend using our new Excel export

Important: Please note that all exports that you request through guestoo will have German column names, as these exports are not available in English!!
This is how you create a check-in export for your event:
- Go to the desired event
- Go to the menu on the right side
- Click on the menu item "Export module"
- In the dropdown menu, choose the export type "Excel export (outdated)"
- Click on the button "Change filter" in order to set the filters accordingly
- Note: By clicking on the button "Reset filters" you can reset all set filters at any time
- As soon as you have set all desired filters, click on the "Start export" button
- You will receive an email containing a link, with which you can download the export within the next 24 hours.
