Check-in export

(formerly pandemic export)

Export an excel list of all guests AND their accompanying persons who were checked in at a certain time (e.g. for the health department in Corona cases).

Important: Please note that all exports that you request through guestoo will have German column names, as these exports are not available in English!!

 

This is how you create a check-in export for your event:

  • Go to the desired event
  • Go to the menu on the right side
  • Click on the menu item "Export module"
  • In the dropdown menu, choose the export type "Check-in export"
  • Click on the button "Change filter" in order to set the filters accordingly
  • Note: By clicking on the button "Reset filters" you can reset all set filters at any time
  • As soon as you have set all desired filters, click on the "Start export" button
  • You will receive an email containing a link, with which you can download the export within the next 24 hours.
    Note: The password to unpack the ZIP file dan be found under Agency > Info > Security
