PDF tickets (admission tickets)
The PDF ticket export generates a ZIP file containing all PDF tickets of the guests for this event.

Important: Please note that all exports that you request through guestoo will have German column names, as these exports are not available in English!!
Note: Please keep in mind that generating this export will take a bit longer than the other exports, because a lot of data will need to be processed in order to fulfil your request. Please have a little patience and don't request the export multiple times!
This is how you create an export with all PDF tickets for your event:
- Go to the desired event
- Go to the menu on the right side
- Click on the menu item "Export module"
- In the dropdown menu, choose the export type "PDF tickets (admission tickets)"
- Click on the button "Change filter" in order to set the filters accordingly
- Note: By clicking on the button "Reset filters" you can reset all set filters at any time
- As soon as you have set all desired filters, click on the "Start export" button
- You will receive an email containing a link, with which you can download the export within the next 24 hours.
