Here you can find out how to download a documentation of all consents given and the DOI email confirmation for all confirmed guests of the event in PDF format.

Important note on exports

Please note that all exports that you request through guestoo will have German column names, as these exports are not available in English!!

Create contact documentation

Create contact documentation -

This way you can generate a contact documentation for all guests at the event who have the status “Confirmed” or “Appeared”:

  • Go to the desired event
  • Go to the menu on the right side
  • Click on the menu item "Contact documentation"
  • Click on the "Start export" button in the dialog window
  • You will receive an email containing a link, with which you can download the export within the next 24 hours.
    Note: The password to unpack the ZIP file dan be found under Agency > Info > Security

You will receive an email with a ZIP file. The password for unpacking the file is displayed in the dialog window, but you can also view it under Agency > Info > Security at any time.

Download contact documentation of one specific guest

You also have the option of only downloading the contact documentation of one specific guest.

 

This is how:

  • Go to the "Guest" tab of the desired event
  • Search for the guest
  • Click on the gear symbol next to the guest
  • Choose the option "Contact documentation"
  • The PDF file with the contact documentation will be downloaded immediately. You will not receive it by email!

 

 

Contents of the contact documentation

The contact documentation contains a separate page for every guest (or multiple, depending on the amount of agreements per guest).

 

The following information is listed for each guest:

  • System
    default: https://app.guestoo.de (unless you use guestoo on your own server)
  • Mandant
    First and last name, Agency ID
  • Event
    Name, Date and ID of the event
  • Gast
    Salutation, first name, last name, guest ID and contact ID of the guest
  • Anmeldung
    Date and time of registration, IP address and email address, which were used for the registration
  • DOI-Bestätigung
    Date and time of the DOI confirmation, IP address
  • Anlass / Eventbezogene zugestimmte Einverständnisse
    A list of all event-related consents that the guest agreed to when signing up for the event
  • Einverständniserklärung zur Ansprache und zum Erhalt von Informationen über verschiedene Kommunikationswege / Erteilte DSGVO/UWG Einwilligung
    Translation: Declaration of consent to being contacted and receiving information through various communication channels / DSGVO/UWG consent
