Manage dynamic groups
In guestoo, you can use dynamic groups to assign them to your guests/customers to groups.
You can manage the groups under the menu item "Settings" in the "Dyn. Groups" tab
There you have the following options:
Create new dynamic group
This is how you can create a new dynamic group:
- Click on the button "+Create new"
- Choose a name for the dynamic group
- Activate the toggle next to the option "Enabled"
- Add new options that can be selected with "+Add option"
- Once you have entered all necessary information and added all the options, click on "+Create new"
Edit dynamic group
This is how you can make changes to an already existing dynamic group:
- Click on the gear symbol next to the group you want to edit
- Choose the option "Edit"
- Make the desired changes
- Click on "Save"
Delete dynamic group
If you no longer need a dynamic group, you can delete it as follows:
- Click on the gear symbol next to the dynamic group
- Choose the option "Delete"
- Confirm that you want to delete the group by clicking "Yes" in the dialogue window
Search dynamic group
If you want to search for a specific group, simply enter the name of it in the search bar and guestoo will automatically search for the text you entered and show you only the dynamic groups that contain this text.
