Data Sheet guestoo / Server Business License

The Server Business License is ideal for anyone who needs flexible and convenient guest management and has high expectations for visual customization. All data is stored on your own server.

Additional costs:
A one-time setup project, during which we install guestoo and perform the basic configuration for you.
If you want us to rent a server for you, server and maintenance costs will apply.
If you prefer to use our mail server instead of your own, usage fees will also apply.

  • Preis € 355,81 / Month € 299 netto zzgl. 19% MwSt. (€ 56,81)
  • Laufzeit 12 Months The term is automatically extended by 12 months unless notice of termination is given at least 3 months before the end of the term.
  • Besucher Insgesamt 2.000
    Die maximale Anzahl der Besucher im Adressbuch. Jeder Gast (auch die geplanten) aus einem Event landet als Kontakt in Deinem Adressbuch. Ist ein Kontakt bei 2 Events, zählt er trotzdem als 1 Kontakt.
  • Aktive Events 20 Gleichzeitig aktive Events. Aktive Events sind diejenigen, die nicht auf offline stehen und deren Eventdatum noch nicht abgelaufen ist.
  • Agentur-Mitarbeiter 10 Füge Personen zu Deinem Account hinzu, die Dich in unterschiedlichen Rollen bei der Planung unterstützen. Jeder sieht nur so viel, wie er zur Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben braucht. Checkin-Manager sehen z.B. nur die Gästeliste und den Checkin-Screen eines bestimmten Events.
  • Speicherplatz Depending on the hard drive Megabyte Speicherplatz der Dir in guestoo für Bilder, Dateiuploads, etc. zur Verfügung steht.
  • Agentur-Accounts 1 Die Anzahl der Agenturen die mit der Server-Version angelegt werden dürfen. Weitere Agentur-Accounts können z.B. genutzt werden, um Abteilungen oder weitere Firmen auf einer Server-Lizenz zu betreiben.
    Je weiterem Mandanten werden € 189 zzgl. 19% MwSt. fällig - Mengenrabatte sind möglich.
    • System Installation / System Updates
    The installation of guestoo on a server configured according to our specifications is included in the price, as is the installation of system updates. The server requirements are listed in the quote.

    Server Hosting / Setting Up a Server
    Upon request, we can also handle the rental and basic setup of a server. You can find pricing and server recommendations in the quote.

    Mail server
    The server license requires an existing email server that can be used by guestoo. We offer the option to use our email server with your own sender address. The associated costs are listed in the quote.

    Design & Text adjustments The price includes standard customization options. We require that you provide the necessary data. Customization options and required data are listed in the quote. We can also handle customizations beyond the standard options; these are listed in the quote under “Additional Costs.”

    • The data capacity depends on your server's hard drive (it doesn't need to be expanded separately, as it would in the cloud option)
    • If you want to set up SSO for guests on the intranet, this is only possible with the server version
    • You can use a branded guest app (it has the same features as our standard app, but with your colors and logo)
    • If you need to develop your own modules, you may need to have a server installation (depending on the module specifications). However, much of this can also be done using the Cloud API
    • Custom templates available to all clients of the server installation
    * There is a page where a guest can view all the events they have attended. Since a guest may be registered with multiple organizers in the cloud, this page can only be kept general in the cloud.
