With guestoo, you have a wide range of options for setting up your event exactly as you need it and in the way that is most convenient for your guests – regardless of whether you want to transfer guest data in advance using an Excel import or synchronize it via your CRM.
It's also really easy to divide guests into different groups and specify different numbers of accompanying persons.
With guestoo, you can maintain your event and email texts in multiple languages and assign each guest their language in advance or let them choose it themselves.
This means that even for events with participants from all over the world, you don't have to create a separate event for each language or compromise by creating the entire event in English.
If you already have guest lists, you can import them with just a few clicks using one or more Excel sheets, transferring all relevant guest data directly to guestoo.
Of course, you can also add individual guests manually at any time. This also allows you to invite guests in several batches.
With the guestoo API, you can easily transfer guest records from your CRM system to guestoo events and, after the event, transfer the guest's status back to your CRM. No manual processes required.
You can specify for the event as a whole whether and how many accompanying persons may be brought along. However, you can also apply this restriction to individual guests.
For example, you can decide not to allow any accompanying persons at the event and only allow VIPs to bring someone with them.
Divide your guests into as many guest groups as you like. Each guest group can see different fields in the registration form and tickets created specifically for them, receive specific information on the landing page, and be addressed individually with different mailings.
This way, each guest can be addressed individually and only receives the information they need.
