Here you can increase the maximum amount of events, data storage, contacts and agency users that is allowed for your agency.

This is how:

• Click on the button "Adjust" below the limit that you would like to increase
• Enter the desired number of the additional events/data storage in MB/contacts/agency users that you want to add to your subscription!
• Double check the calculated monthly cost that is displayed
• Confirm both agreements by setting the toggles to green by clicking on them
• Click on "Order for a charge"

In this section, you'll find an overview over all the features that you can book in addition to your subscription.

This is how you can book a feature:

• Click on the button "Book feature" below the desired feature
• Choose whether you only want to book the feature or the subscription where this feature is already included
• Double check the calculated monthly cost that is displayed
• Confirm both agreements by setting the toggles to green by clicking on them
• Click on "Order for a charge"

Here you will find an overview of all features that you cannot currently add to your subscription.

There are several reasons why you may not be able to add these features:

• You are using guestoo on the free subscription plan. For technical reasons, additional features can only be added when using a paid subscription plan!
• Your guestoo subscription plan is not high enough. For technical reasons, some features can only be added to higher subscription plans.

Here you will find an overview of all the features you have already booked or that are included in your subscription by default.

If you want to cancel a manually booked feature or limit, you can do so under the menu item “Agency” in the “Subscription & Billing” tab or directly under this link.
