In order to authenticate yourself in the guestoo app, all you need is the email address you used to sign up for the event.
Simply enter your email address, click on the link in the email and you're ready to go.
After authentication, your guest will find all their events clearly listed and can get started without delay.
Once your guest has clicked on an event, they have various options (depending on the event settings).
Beginning with general information about the event. Here you can display a wide variety of information (arrival and departure, program, etc.), but also offer presentations for download or introduce the speakers.
The best part is that you can link each piece of information to the guest's status. This means, for example, that only guests who have already checked in to the event can see the presentations available for download.
If the SocialWall is active and the guest has the status you specified (e.g. “Checked in to the event”), they can post on the event's SocialWall or comment on and like other participants' posts.
In the list of participants, guests can find other participants and contact them or bookmark them.
Here, too, you determine which status is required in order to see the other participants.
Data protection: You can let your guests choose whether they want to appear here with their own small profile and what information about themself they want to share.
After the event, you can upload photos of the event. Your guests will then be able to easily find them in the app under the event.
If you only want to reward those who were there, you can choose to show the gallery only to guests who checked in. Or you can show it to those who had to cancel to rub it in their faces...it's up to you.
Your guests can now see the surveys you have activated for them directly in the app, allowing them to participate easily and directly.
You can also activate surveys for specific guests only.
Reach your guests even faster and more effectively by sending them push notifications directly through guestoo.
For example, to ask your guests to participate in a survey, change the event location or simply to point out a special highlight.
You can also define the recipients of the push notifications as you wish.
We designed the guestoo app for guests in a way that allows us to make it available to you in your own corporate design, so that you can combine it with your server license and have your guests completely immersed in your world.
